Hi, we are Villa Catharine and Villa Francesca – two mirror villas located on a pine hill in Punta Ala, Tuscany. We are side by side, identical but independent and each with its own garden.

Each of us hosts up to 10 people .

Let’s go into a little more detail:

On the ground floor you will find a kitchen well equipped, a very large double living room with chimney and broad terrace with a barbecue . Furthermore, on the same floor, there are a bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds, a bathroom very large with the tub and a service bathroom without shower.

On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms bedroom: one with a double bed, one with a 140cm wide sofa bed and one with two single beds. Here too there are 2 bathrooms : one with a shower and the other smaller with toilet, bidet and sink.

The broad garden it has a beautiful Maremma vegetation with oleanders, oaks, pines, laurel, strawberry trees, and will immediately make you feel in paradise with the natural scents and the song of birds, crickets and cicali.

You can relax on the sun loungers on the terrace or on the hammock in the garden. There is always a quiet corner to disconnect from the world.

Each of us also has ample space for to park up to 3 cars. We are located in Via dello Scoglietto, 15.

The beach is a long bay of sand well equipped with several establishments where to reserve sun beds and umbrellas, eat fresh fish, have a refreshing ice cream or enjoy a drink.

If you prefer the free beach there is a wide choice in the same bay where you can protect yourself from the sun even under the pines that grow right down to the beach. From home you can get there in 5 minutes by car, or 15 minutes on foot for the more sporty – the descent is easy to do but the return uphill can be a bit tiring.

Normally, you can easily park near the beach; only on Sundays we recommend arriving early in order not to have difficulty finding parking.

We can also recommend the “Quadrifoglio” establishment which guarantees free parking for its customers.
