I am a country villa with swimming pool in the middle of 3 hectares covered with hazelnut and olive trees. I am on a hill near Soriano nel Cimino – in central Italy, near the city of the Popes Viterbo.

I can accommodate up to 10 people , therefore ideal for groups of friends, families and families with children. Pets are certainly always welcome. I have spacious rooms, furnished with taste and lots of love by my owner Catharine, manicured lawns and plants with large walnut trees and a large salt water swimming pool.

I was built in 2018 and, as already mentioned, Catharine has devoted a lot of care to my furniture.

To the first plan there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom with shower or bath and a metal staircase leads to a cozy attic with a 140cm wide futon bed. There is also a single bed which can be set up as desired.

To the ground floor of approx. 80sqm there is a single bedroom with its own bathroom (no shower), a modern fully equipped open space kitchen, a cozy living room with open fireplace and a large dining area where everyone can sit together at a table.

I also have one veranda on the roof to relax in front of the wide horizon, several balconies and a large terrace overlooking the whole landscape for communal outdoor dinners and aperitifs at sunset.

I am also very proud of my wonderful pool of salt water in natural stone, counter-current system and whirlpool. I am surrounded by beautiful gardens with a well-kept lawn, where you can play and have fun or relax under the shade of a walnut tree. I also have a little one vegetable garden available where you can serve yourself with seasonal vegetables available.

Everything is perfected in a personal atmosphere with all extra such as a BBQ in the garden, free Wi-Fi, TV, bed and table linens, towels, bath essences and shampoos, central heating, washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, beautiful dishes, garden furniture, lounge chairs, books, endless parking, and more. Air conditioning is in all rooms except under the attic; however the whole house is surrounded by arcades and beams, which guarantee freshness in summer.
