The Nest of Venice

I am located in the picturesque Cannaregio district in a residence called BELLE EPOQUE which stands on an ancient exclusive context consisting of 6 completely renovated apartments. The cloister has now been transformed into an enchanting garden which can be used for relaxing moments during the summer. The residence has what in Venice is called the water gate which, in a city whose streets are canals, is the main entrance from which even today my guests can arrive or depart with the shuttle-taxis.

I’ll give you some more details about my structure: I have two floors; on the ground floor you will find a living room consisting of a living area with dining table and a sofa that becomes a double bed if necessary. You will also find the kitchenette with a modern and fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there is a very relaxing sleeping area with warm parquet floors and wooden beamed ceilings. Both bedrooms, one large with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, are extremely bright and decorated with modern colors chosen with great care and love. Also on the first floor you will find a bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

The Cannaregio district is an area well stocked with supermarkets, markets with fruit and vegetables, typical Venetian bars and restaurants. A short walk is enough to reach famous destinations such as Strada Nuova , the Rialto Market, St. Mark’s Square or the Ca’ Vendramin Calergi palace, where the Venice municipal casino is located without neglecting that in the surrounding area you can make wonderful excursions such as visiting the Ghetto Novo camp, an ancient Jewish settlement.
